Leslie Courreges’ Lady Caroline (LC) T-Shirt is named for Lady Caroline Lamb, an aristocrat and Gothic novelist. She had an affair with poet Lord Byron, who she called "mad, bad, and dangerous to know."
When the Supreme Court document was leaked and indicated that Roe v. Wade was going to be overturned, we immediately began designing this shirt as a way to support the New Orleans Abortion Fund.
20% of the proceeds of each shirt will be donated to the New Orleans Abortion Fund in order to support reproductive rights and abortion access in our community.
To say that "Mad, bad, and dangerous to know" is an apt description of our feelings as a woman-owned business is an understatement.
