Where are Leslie Courreges pieces made?
Each piece is handmade, with love, at our atelier in New Orleans! Currently all pieces are made-to-order by Leslie, ensuring a level of quality and craftsmanship you can only find with bespoke pieces.
How do I care for my Leslie Courreges piece?
Care many vary from garment to garment, but we always recommend dry cleaning to preserve the details and ensure longevity in your garment! Please store your piece on the padded hanger included, hanging inside its open garment bag. This allows the fabric the ability to breathe. Alternately, you can store if flat in its Leslie Courreges custom box.
Can you do a custom order?
At this time, we are unfortunately unable to take on custom orders. We hope as we grow and launch new collections, you'll find something that you love!
How are your pieces ethically produced?
Our collections utilize vintage or designer close-out and dead-stock materials. As a result, the collection runs are very small and we are unable to restock a particular print or fabric.
We are owned and operated in New Orleans, LA; all clothing is produced in New Orleans. This allows us to pay our staff a livable wage and ensure safe working environments. Our goal is to reduce the environmental impact of the fashion industry, create heritage worthy pieces, and provide a fun, fulfilling workplace!
Will you be restocking style/print?
Our styles may return from season to season, but generally we are unable to restock a fabric or print once it has sold out! This is because we use dead-stock materials that are available in limited quantities.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Do you offer layaway or payment plans?
We are pleased to offer payment plans! To set up a payment plan, please contact us at email@example.com. Please note that a minimum of $250.00 is due to at purchase to begin secure your piece and begin its production.
You can opt to be invoiced in 3- or 6-monthly intervals for your order, with payments due the 15th of each month.
Your purchase will be shipped after the final payment has been completed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because of our production process, we are unable to cancel or modify any orders once they have been placed.
We want you to be happy with your Leslie Courreges piece. If you find you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at CustomerService@LeslieCourreges.com to set up your return. Original shipping costs will not be included in your refund.

To be eligible for return, your garment must have its original tags and packaging, and it should be unworn and unwashed. We recommend shipping it back with tracking and insurance.
If you have received an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the damage and make plans for repair or replacement. Items that have been previously worn are not eligible for replacement or repair.
How will my item ship?
All orders ship using USPS Priority Mail.
If you need to make alternate shipping arrangements, such as expedited shipping or an alternate shipping provider, please reach out to us at CustomerService@LeslieCourreges.com. Your piece will be insured for the value.
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic Orders will ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail, with the cost of insurance provided.
International orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail; shipping costs included insurance for your package are $48.50.
International parcels may be subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage or customs fees upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Leslie Courreges cannot control or prevent delays within customs.
If you refuse duties or fees on your package and choose to have it returned to sender, any shipping and handling fees incurred to Leslie Courreges will be deducted from your refund.
